Farm Restorative Yoga Workshop with Reiki on December 17 at 2pm.
Relax, heal and nourish your body, mind, and spirit. The combination of restorative yoga, meditation, breath-work, and Reiki will allow you to reach a deeper level of relaxation.
Practice self care and give your body and mind a chance to rest from the stress in your life.
Reduce stress and help your nervous system to rest in restorative yoga positions, listening to the healing sounds of nature, in combination with the healing power of Reiki. Reiki is a subtle hands-on healing technique that moves energy in the body to places where it is needed the most.
Enjoy healing from deep within and connect with your body.
Bring a cushion and blanket or towel for your own comfort.
Depending on the weather the class will be hosted in the Yoga barn or outside. Please dress accordingly and bring warm clothes if needed.
