Country Yoga for all levels!

Every Saturday at 9AM

Please join me for this weekly yoga class out here in class. This meditative flow will tailored to all physical conditions and modifications will be offered.
All levels are welcome!!!
Yoga is not just a physical practice but rather a combination of mind, body & spirit, and the healing powers of the unity of these elements.
Please bring your own mat and props, if you don’t have any, just let me know ahead of time 🙂

Women’s Circle

A sacred and safe circle for women of all ages to find community outside of their home. Everybody is welcome in this non-judgmental group. We are looking to establish a trusting, loving, and kind environment with a strong connection within the group.
The group meets on new moon and full moon days. All members will be a part of a WhatsApp text group that will give an opportunity for continues exchange. Ideas on what the focus of the group can be for the specific day are welcome. Please bring your own food and drinks or if you like something to share for the group.
Anger, hatred and negativity has no room in this group!
There will be a welcoming and a closing ceremony.
Please reach out ahead of time to let me know if you would like to share anything specific like a craft etc.
This will be a biweekly occurrence. We will meet on Full Moon and New Moon days.
Donations will be collected and given to a good cause or to the person who is organizing something special for the group.
